Our referral program
At Ohio Homes, Inc., we also have a referral program in place. If you refer a lead on a house to us, and it is not “listed”, and we close on it, we will pay a referral fee. If you own the house, that’s ok, and in some cases the house can be listed. The referral fee is dependent on the profitability of the property, and will be paid out within 10 days of completing the purchase. 
*Please note that the lead expires within 90 days of referral, and the lead must include the address, owner name, and price.

No. We do not want you to do any repairs. In fact, you don’t even have to clean your house when we schedule our confidential viewing. We don’t want you to do anything but sell it to us “as is”. We’ll do the repairs.

Yes, we buy manufactured homes. These are often homes sitting on country property. They need to have enough land to meet the Health Department’s stringent codes on well and septic systems. Knowing the ins-and-outs to bring these structures into financeable property has been a major part of our business. They require much more documentation and specific inspections in order for us to resell and get them financed.

We will pay the highest dollar possible once we factor in several variables to determine what we think your house will sell for once it is fixed up.  We consider your asking price, rehab costs, as well as other expenses. We try to be fair and reasonable.

We are fast! If we make you an offer, we will try to close in 48 hours. Of course, there are often circumstances which might delay the process, but we try and close the deal ASAP! Remember we PAY CASH!
